About the role

Nova Niche LLC is expanding its e‑commerce portfolio and needs a meticulous Catalog Specialist to own product catalog creation and maintenance across its digital storefronts. You will ensure that every item is accurately described, categorized, and visually represented, supporting the company’s growth and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Catalog physical inventory at warehouse locations, recording attributes, measurements, categories, and specifications.
• Enter and update product data in inventory and e‑commerce systems, adhering to naming and SKU conventions.
• Match, categorize, and tag products according to established taxonomy and project guidelines.
• Capture reference photographs and generate AI‑powered product imagery using tools such as Gemini or Imagen.
• Produce product descriptions with AI text models like Claude or GPT, following brand‑voice templates.
• Quality‑check all data, images, and copy before publishing.
• Audit existing listings to resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
• Document SOPs, style guides, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Train and support new team members as the catalog function scales.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Library & Information Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
