Center Manager

About the role

MSI Ghana is seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead its Dansoman health centre. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality sexual and reproductive health services while ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the clinical team to ensure delivery of high‑quality SRH services.
• Manage staff schedules, rotations, and transfers to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for centre staff.
• Collaborate with the Medical Development Team to strengthen staff capacity and deliver technical training.
• Monitor monthly centre results and adjust work plans to meet service delivery targets.
• Oversee logistics, including stock management to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Report clinical incidents through appropriate channels and maintain accurate activity records.
• Handle client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to increase service uptake.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years post‑graduation experience in a leadership role, preferably in clinical services.
• Qualified Senior Midwife with expertise in sexual and reproductive health care.
• Demonstrated experience in SRH service delivery and income‑generation orientation.
• Strong customer care and client engagement abilities.
• Excellent team coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with International NGOs is an advantage.
