Channel Sales Supervisor

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team in the ceramics and building‑materials market. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Organise and manage sales representatives’ schedules to ensure full market coverage.
• Research and identify new leads using business directories, digital resources, and web searches.
• Receive, track, and report sales leads, ensuring prompt follow‑up.
• Supervise and guide sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Address customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads to increase conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure sales quotas are consistently met.
• Provide coaching and support to help the team exceed sales goals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building materials, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to take measurable initiatives to improve sales and operations.
