Chartered Accountant – Full‑time

About the role

TALENTSCOUT is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join its on‑site team in Kasoa, Ghana. The role is full‑time and involves delivering comprehensive accounting, financial reporting and advisory services to client organisations. You will work closely with internal HR consultants and client stakeholders to embed financial insights into broader business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, management accounts and reports.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and financial projections.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records.
• Analyse financial performance and provide management with relevant insights.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards and regulatory requirements; file statutory tax returns.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and supply required documentation.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls to minimise risks.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support management in financial planning, investment decisions and business strategy.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional chartered qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (senior level).
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax regulations and IFRS/GAAP standards.
