About the role

Lead our financial strategy and help us build a financially strong, compliance‑ready fintech platform serving Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
• Manage financial risk and treasury operations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of financial management experience.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and West African financial regulations.
• Track record with fundraising and investor relations.
• Bonus: startup or early‑stage company experience, mobile money ecosystem experience, international finance exposure.
