About the role
We are seeking an experienced outdoor instructor to step into the Chief Instructor position at Wainui Park Camp. This senior role involves training, leading, mentoring, and supervising a seasonal team of instructors while living on‑site and embracing the unique rhythm of camp life.
Key responsibilities
- Train, lead and develop the instructor team.
- Create a positive and supportive team culture.
- Manage daily programme logistics.
- Deliver safe and engaging outdoor experiences.
- Respond confidently to operational challenges.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an outdoor instructor.
- Willingness to live on site and work flexible hours.
