Chiller Technician – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Chiller Technician to join our team in Accra. The role involves ensuring that chillers and related equipment operate efficiently, safely, and reliably through regular maintenance, inspections, and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair chillers and associated systems.
• Execute day‑to‑day planned maintenance schedules for chiller machinery and equipment.
• Project valuation and time‑frame for maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine inspections, identify faults, and carry out repairs to keep equipment running safely.
• Install new chiller machines and related equipment.
• Adjust and control system temperature settings as required.
• Prepare detailed reports and log all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• HND in Refrigeration Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with chillers or similar refrigeration equipment.
