About the role
Join Smiggle’s store in Tuggerah for the festive season as a member of the Christmas Support Crew. You will help create a fun, colourful shopping experience for families and children during the busy October‑to‑February period.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, energetic service.
- Assist shoppers in finding the perfect gifts and stationery items.
- Maintain a tidy, colourful store environment that reflects the brand’s playful vibe.
- Handle transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system as needed.
- Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising during peak periods.
Required profile
- Available to work flexible casual hours from October through February.
- Enthusiastic, approachable and able to create genuine connections with customers.
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail setting.
