Client Manager

About the role

The Client Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end order process for a fashion retail brand, handling enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and Instagram, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Based in Accra, you will work closely with production and showroom teams to drive repeat business and uphold the brand’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders received via website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other sales channels.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with the production team and monitor delivery timelines.
• Provide proactive updates to customers throughout the purchase journey.
• Generate repeat business through direct outreach and relationship management.
• Maintain the showroom by steaming garments, organising stock and ensuring attractive visual presentation.
• Keep up‑to‑date product knowledge and offer styling recommendations.
• Represent the brand during customer interactions and assist with social‑media content when needed.
• Accurately record customer and order information.

Required profile

• Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed and able to represent the brand both online and in person.
• Passionate about fashion, styling and current trends.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.

• Shopify (training provided for other business applications).
