Coconut Farm Supervisor

About the role

The farm in Ghana's Eastern Region is seeking a resident Coconut Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maximise coconut yield, and ensure the health of the nursery. The role requires close coordination with out‑growers and detailed reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate out‑grower activities to achieve optimal yield output.
• Manage the coconut nursery, including planting, maintenance, and health monitoring.
• Prepare and submit detailed production and performance reports.
• Monitor field operations and implement best agricultural practices.
• Ensure compliance with farm safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma from an agricultural college or a degree in a related agricultural field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in coconut farming or similar agricultural roles.
• Proven knowledge of out‑grower coordination and coconut nursery management.
• Ability to produce accurate and comprehensive reports.
