Commercial Analyst – Quotations & Pricing

About the role

Expro is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support its Europe and Sub‑Sahara Region (ESSA) business unit. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee the preparation and issuance of commercial quotations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and log all Request for Quotations (RFQs) in Salesforce.com and the Bid Enquiry Log.
• Issue commercial quotations via the CPQ system and review pricing conditions and contract terms for commercial risk.
• Prepare Bid Evaluation Reports (BER) and project P&L forecasts to support pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal teams to compile complete RFQ documents.
• Maintain quotation archives, generate monthly Business Development reports, and conduct revenue assurance and BER audits.
• Supervise and guide the Commercial Analyst responsible for quotations, providing mentorship and oversight.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in commercial proposal roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk management and contract terms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CPQ systems.
• Experience using Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with XAIT Porter systems (advantageous).
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
