Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our residential development projects in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee all phases from planning to handover, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, budgets and schedules.
• Monitor safety practices, conduct regular site inspections and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, manage project documentation and support procurement of materials.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, preferably residential or real‑estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong supervisory, budgeting and cost‑control skills.
• Knowledge of Ghanaian construction safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
