Construction Planning Controller

About the role

The Construction Planning Controller ensures that construction projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with multiple teams, monitor progress, and manage project documentation to keep everything on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with various teams to track progress and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage documentation and change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning or project control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.

• Microsoft Project.
