About the role

We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site construction crews. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, monitoring, and developing team members while ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Key responsibilities

Recruit new crew members and oversee their onboarding.
Monitor crew performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
Educate all staff on safety procedures and enforce compliance.
Ensure projects remain within budget and schedules.
Coordinate the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment.

Required profile

Strong understanding of safety regulations and local building codes.
Ability to convey technical safety knowledge to team members.
Proactive leader who can identify problems and devise practical solutions.
