Construction & Technical Workers – Multiple Positions

About the role

KEDA Ghana Ceramics is expanding its new factory projects and seeks a large number of construction and technical workers to support construction, equipment installation, and maintenance activities across its Takoradi/Shama District sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, installation, and maintenance tasks according to project requirements.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support factory construction works including civil works, steel works, and equipment installation.
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical trades.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment related to the role.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., driver’s licence, electrician, welder) are an advantage.
