Construction & Technical Workers – Multiple Positions

About the role

We are expanding our new factory projects and need a large number of construction and technical workers to support construction, equipment installation and maintenance at our Takoradi/Shama facilities. Multiple skilled and general positions are available across various trades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, installation, and maintenance tasks according to project requirements.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support factory construction works including civil works, steel works, and equipment installation.
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical trades.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment related to the role.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Relevant certifications (for drivers, electricians, welders, etc.) are an advantage.

Required skills

• Construction techniques and civil works.
• Steel fabrication and bending.
• Equipment installation and maintenance.
• Trade‑specific skills such as driving, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, mechanical maintenance, welding, and working at height.
