Construction & Technical Workers – Multiple Positions

About the role

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is expanding its manufacturing footprint with new factory projects in the Western Region. We are seeking a large pool of construction and technical workers to support the build‑out, equipment installation, and ongoing maintenance of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, civil, and steel works according to project plans.
• Install, commission, and maintain production equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical trades.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., driver’s licence, electrician licence, welding certification) are an advantage.
