Construction & Technical Workers – Multiple Positions

About the role

KEDA Ghana Ceramics is expanding its manufacturing footprint with new factory projects in the Western Region. We are seeking a large pool of skilled and general construction and technical workers to support the build‑out, equipment installation, and ongoing maintenance of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, installation, and maintenance tasks according to project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support civil works, steel structures, and equipment installation for the new factories.
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks on time.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical trades.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of occupational safety practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., driver’s licence, electrician licence, welding certification) are an advantage.
