Content Designer

About the role

Zof AI is seeking a Content Designer to shape how its AI communicates with users, defining tone, flow, and handling of uncertainty. The role sits at the intersection of design, product, and AI engineering, treating language as an interface and ensuring trust is built sentence by sentence.

Key responsibilities

• Design the conversational behavior of Zof AI products: tone, personality, and flow.
• Design how the AI handles uncertainty: when it hedges, asks, or escalates.
• Write and test system prompts and response guidelines together with AI engineers.
• Design human‑handoff moments so escalation feels safe and seamless.
• Review real transcripts and iterate on conversation flows.
• Partner with the evaluation team to make conversation quality measurable.
• Maintain a consistent voice across product surfaces and channels.
• Raise the bar for product communication under every condition.

Required profile

• Experience in conversation design, UX writing, or content design.
• Working understanding of how LLM systems behave and fail.
• Excellent command of tone, clarity, and voice.
• Ability to prototype and test conversational flows.
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and a high quality bar.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills
