About the role
The Cook will prepare daily meals for PKP Logistics staff in Accra, ensuring meals are tasty, well‑presented and meet portion standards. This on‑site role supports the company’s commitment to a safe and pleasant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily menus, prepare ingredients, cook and serve meals.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety, hygiene and storage regulations.
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and accommodate dietary needs where possible.
Required profile
- Professional cooking experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights and work safely with kitchen equipment.
