Coordinator, Digital Business

About the role

The Digital Business Coordinator will support the commercialization, revenue growth and long‑term business development of MTN Ghana’s digital products and platforms. You will work closely with product, enterprise business and marketing teams to execute go‑to‑market initiatives and drive adoption among enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute go‑to‑market plans for digital products, ensuring alignment with business and client needs.
• Engage enterprise clients, agencies and partners to identify opportunities, articulate value propositions and support commercial conversion.
• Track pipeline health, opportunity progression and revenue performance, providing insights for forecasting and growth planning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure offerings are market‑ready with clear value propositions and target segments.
• Drive adoption of SaaS and digital solutions, supporting onboarding and after‑sales engagement.
• Monitor market trends, partner feedback and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform pricing reviews.
• Work with Growth and Marketing teams to develop demand‑generation campaigns and client acquisition activities.
• Prepare proposals, pitch materials and business cases for partnership discussions.
• Maintain relationships with external partners to expand digital product reach.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing and reporting in collaboration with Finance.
• Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities to support digital profitability.
• Prepare periodic business reviews with performance dashboards and revenue improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Information Systems or a related commercial discipline.
