Coordinator, Enterprise Segment Support

About the role

The Coordinator, Enterprise Segment Support provides end‑to‑end operational assistance to the SME and Large Enterprise Key Account Management teams at MTN Ghana. The role ensures that customer onboarding, order processing, device procurement and service activation are executed accurately and on schedule, in line with MTN policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create corporate accounts and activate services for new SME and Large Enterprise clients based on Key Account Manager requests.
• Validate onboarding documentation (KYC, contracts, Ghana Card, tax certificates, etc.) and forward verified requests to the Project and implementation teams.
• Log, track and monitor service orders from request through activation, coordinating with Provisioning, Network, IT and Project teams to meet SLA commitments.
• Identify and resolve activation blockers, escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.
• Coordinate procurement, configuration and delivery of client devices (smartphones, routers, modems) with Procurement, Warehousing and approved vendors, maintaining a device‑issue register.
• Set up new clients on the Service Monitoring Platform and ensure correct service mapping.
• Maintain up‑to‑date order status visibility for Key Account Managers and the Commercial Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation against onboarding requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills to work across multiple internal functions.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
