Country Ambassador

About the role

Ideal Workplace Solutions, a corporate training and consultancy firm, is looking for a Country Ambassador to represent the company in Ghana. This contract, on‑site position will focus on promoting the firm’s services, building relationships with corporate clients and partners, and supporting the delivery of training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ghanaian market.
• Attend client meetings, present service offerings and negotiate agreements.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events, workshops and training sessions.
• Support the implementation and follow‑up of training programmes for clients.
• Gather market insights, monitor local trends and report findings to internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure consistent brand presence.

Required profile

• Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities for event planning and schedule management.
• Market research and analytical capability to understand local trends.
• Prior experience in corporate training, consultancy or professional services is highly beneficial.
• Well‑established network within the business community in Ghana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt to diverse organisational environments.
