About the role
The Country Manager will lead the commercial strategy for our banking division in Ghana. Reporting to global sales leadership, you will be the public face of the business, building relationships with financial institutions, government bodies and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the country’s commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Manage the full P&L for the Ghana market, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships with banks, payment providers and other financial partners.
- Engage with regulators and government agencies to ensure compliance and support business initiatives.
- Coordinate operational execution, aligning local activities with global sales objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and in media as the primary spokesperson for Ghana.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services or banking, preferably through an IT consulting firm.
- Proven track record in business leadership, sales growth and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of the banking, ATM or payments ecosystem is highly preferred.
