Croatian-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. The role is pre‑sales, focusing on outbound calls to property owners, qualifying interest and passing hot leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental homeowners to introduce the client’s platform.
• Assess interest and pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Build rapport, answer initial questions and handle objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and manage call follow‑ups.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation (preferred).
• Confident handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Stable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred).
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB storage.
• Screen resolution 1920 × 1080 (recommended).
• USB headset.
• Operating system: Windows 11 or later, or macOS 14+.
