About the role
Afriam Network, a digital solutions provider in Ghana, is seeking a Customer Care Personnel to join its onsite team in Accra. The role focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries and managing payment collections, ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Process and follow up on payment collections, ensuring timely receipt.
- Deliver excellent service consistently, maintaining professionalism.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills (or technical skills as required).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional attitude and reliability.
- Relevant experience in customer support or collections preferred.
- Residence near Labadi area to facilitate onsite duties.
