About the role
Afriam International is seeking a Customer Service Specialist focused on collections to join its call centre team. The role involves interacting with clients, handling payment inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

- Manage payment collections and follow‑up on outstanding accounts.

- Residence near Labadi or willingness to stay in the surrounding area.
