About the role
Afriam Network is looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to join its collections team. The role is based onsite at the Ako Adjei La Road office and focuses on handling client inquiries and managing payment collections while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and follow up on payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Residence near Labadi or willingness to stay in the area.
