Dairy Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Dairy Quality Coordinator will lead the quality team and laboratory analyses to ensure that all dairy‑produced items meet the company’s stringent standards and regulatory norms. Reporting to senior management, the role combines oversight of quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within Twellium’s beverage and food manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality procedures, SOPs and ISO 9001‑aligned systems.
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate third‑party audits and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to track defect rates, perform root‑cause analysis and drive process optimisation.
• Collaborate with purchasing to set supplier criteria, audit incoming materials and evaluate supplier reliability.
• Investigate customer complaints, analyse product failures and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Supervise and train quality inspectors and technicians, and provide quality training across production lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Coordinator or Manager in the FMCG sector, preferably within milk or beverage production.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage audits and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• HACCP implementation.
• Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or ISO Lead Auditor certification.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root‑cause analysis.
• Auditing and technical writing.
