About the role
VAAL Real Estate Ghana is seeking an experienced Debt Collection Team Lead to head its collections team, achieve recovery targets, and handle complex accounts within the real estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the collections team.
- Drive recovery targets and monitor performance.
- Manage complex debt accounts and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of debt recovery experience in real estate.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using collections tracking tools.
- Negotiation skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
