DevOps Engineering Leader

About the role

CodeLn is seeking a senior DevOps Engineering Leader who treats infrastructure as a product and automation as a mindset. You will design and operate cloud platforms that enable engineering teams to deliver quickly while maintaining stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple projects and environments.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.
• Improve deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets management.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure.
• Experience working across multiple client projects or in a consulting environment.
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
