Digital Marketing Associate (Entry-level)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team at CloserMed. The position starts with a 2‑to‑3‑month paid training and selection period, after which successful candidates will continue on a longer‑term basis. No prior marketing experience is required – we provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Design and build ad creatives such as static visuals, carousels, reels, videos and motion graphics.
• Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility.
• Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages and social media.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
• Manage email‑marketing platforms and automation workflows using tools like Zapier.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑savvy and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real‑world impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self‑starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines and autonomy.
