Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Accra. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, acquire new users, and boost engagement across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital campaigns across social, search and email channels.
• Analyze performance data and optimise content, messaging and targeting.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee social media activity and community engagement.
• Coordinate paid advertising efforts and explore new digital opportunities in African markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning and optimisation.
• Creative storytelling ability to engage younger audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and ability to manage multiple projects.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; fintech or African market knowledge is a plus.
