Digital Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

This hands‑on position is responsible for day‑to‑day ad buying, campaign strategy, scheduling, and creative direction across Meta and Google platforms for three natural‑hair‑care brands. The role is fully remote, operating on EST hours, and works closely with the founder for approvals and brand guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Maintain Google Merchant Center product feed health and run campaigns on TikTok and YouTube Ads.
• Develop monthly and quarterly paid‑media strategies aligned with product launches, retail calendars, and seasonal demand.
• Allocate budgets based on performance data and execute incremental scaling.
• Maintain a rolling paid‑media calendar, coordinating with retail placements, Klaviyo email marketing, and organic content schedules.
• Provide data‑driven creative direction and refine retargeting strategies as warm audiences grow.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital advertising execution mindset; not a strategy‑only consulting role.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and aligning with EST timezone.
• Ability to collaborate with founder for brand approvals while managing daily ad account activities.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platform expertise.
• Google Ads and Google Merchant Center management.
• TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads experience.
• Klaviyo email‑marketing integration knowledge.
