Digital Media Manager

About the role

Publicis West Africa is looking for a results‑driven Digital Media Manager to lead client success across 25 countries in Central and West Africa. Based in Accra, you will shape integrated media strategies, oversee multi‑channel execution, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and audience analysis to create data‑driven, digital‑first strategies that blend traditional (TV, radio, print, experiential) and digital channels (social, search, programmatic).
• Develop comprehensive media plans with target audiences, channel mix, budget allocation, and KPI targets; collaborate with creatives and media specialists to turn plans into actionable campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor performance across all channels, analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, address inquiries, and provide clear, insightful campaign reports highlighting metrics, learnings, and ROI.
• Negotiate media buys to secure best value and stay updated on emerging media trends and technologies.
• Utilize media planning tools and platforms such as DSPs, AdServers, and specialized planning software.
