Digital Media Officer

About the role
The Digital Media Officer will create and maintain visual content that supports the organization’s communication strategy. Working closely with the Communications Officer, you will ensure that all digital assets are on‑brand, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design graphics, illustrations and infographics for the website, social media and other communication materials.
- Produce videos, animations and other multimedia content for campaigns.
- Assist in managing and monitoring social‑media accounts, ensuring visual consistency.
- Collaborate on website design, user experience improvements and regular visual updates.
- Capture photographs and video footage at events for documentation and promotion.
- Support branding initiatives and maintain a strong visual identity across all channels.
- Stay updated on emerging digital media tools and trends to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar digital media or design role.
- Full‑time availability (8 am‑5 pm).
- Fluent English communication skills.
