Digital Transformation Analyst

About the role

The Digital Transformation Analyst will support planning and delivery of digital solutions aligned with Telecel Cash Ghana’s digital strategy. Working closely with technology teams and stakeholders, the role ensures quality assurance and visibility of transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation manager to drive the Digital Telco agenda.
• Provide strategic, analytical and research support for digital strategy formulation.
• Assist agile squads on projects such as Telecel Play App, TERi and Telecel Play Web, focusing on testing and quality assurance.
• Report on digital transformation activities, performance and achievements to foster continuous awareness.
• Help achieve digital KPIs defined in the roadmap and promote an agile culture through training and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong technological background with experience in front‑end development and coordinating programmes across dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and solid data science & analytics capabilities.
