About the role

The Capital Group Ltd is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Executive to promote its banking products and services across the Accra and Tema region. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients to sell banking products such as accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Provide accurate reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Required profile

  • Minimum education: SHS or HND and above.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and services.
