About the role
Pro.mote is looking for energetic Dispatch Riders to join its delivery team. As a courier, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels across the Accra metropolitan area, ensuring timely and safe service for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Collect parcels from designated pick‑up points and deliver them to recipients using a motorbike.
- Navigate routes efficiently with Google Maps and adapt to traffic conditions.
- Maintain the motorbike in good working order and report any issues promptly.
- Provide courteous service and handle parcels with care.
- Complete delivery logs and update the system with delivery status.
Required profile
- Reside in or around Lapaz, Dzorwulu, Haatso, Wejia or nearby areas.
- Minimum JHS Certificate.
- Valid Motor Rider's License.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Google Maps for navigation.
- Ability to operate a motorbike safely and responsibly.
