Dispatch Rider

About the role

Peadato Limited Company is seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider to join its team in the Kumasi Metropolitan District. You will be responsible for moving documents, parcels and small items between company sites, clients and partners, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow optimal delivery routes across Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Collect, transport and deliver items while obtaining required signatures or confirmations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and record‑keeping for each assignment.
• Perform routine checks on the motorcycle and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, company safety policies and security procedures.
• Communicate any delays or issues promptly to supervisors and clients.
• Assist with additional logistical or administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider, courier or similar field‑operations role.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence and strong knowledge of Ghanaian road safety rules.
• Familiarity with routes and locations within the Kumasi Metropolitan District.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions, maps or navigation tools.
• Strong time‑management, reliability and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and a courteous, customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical fitness to handle riding and deliveries in varying weather conditions.
• Basic education (Junior High School or equivalent) – additional logistics or customer‑service training is a plus.
