E-Commerce Officer

About the role

The E‑Commerce Officer will support the online sales channel by managing product listings, processing orders and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is based in Tema and works closely with the delivery and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update products on e‑commerce platforms.
• Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels.
• Monitor inventory availability and product listings.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support online promotions and sales campaigns.
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce, online sales or digital customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use online platforms.

What we offer

• Salary of GHS 1,500 during probation and GHS 1,700 after successful completion.
• Full‑time position with a five‑day work week.
