Education Product Manager – Ghana

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to own the growth and subscription performance of Baggins Education in Ghana. The role is fully remote and focuses on acquiring schools, colleges and universities for its cloud‑based SIS/LMS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire educational institutions requiring management software.
• Develop and execute growth and customer‑acquisition strategies for the assigned market.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s SIS, LMS, admissions, examinations, attendance, tuition billing and campus management capabilities.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage renewals.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition and retention metrics and keep accurate records of all commercial activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in education administration, school management or ed‑tech business development.
• Strong understanding of institutional operations, admissions, student records, examinations and fee management.
• Established professional network within schools, universities or education associations, or ability to build one independently.
• Proven ability to manage a commercial pipeline without a supporting sales team.
