Enterprise Sales Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead NGIC’s enterprise solutions and partnership agenda, driving the commercialisation of its digital infrastructure platform across public and private sectors in Ghana. Reporting to the COO, you will shape strategy, develop solutions and manage flagship programmes such as the NGIC‑Nokia‑PLAN Digital Skills Training & 5G Experience Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and package enterprise connectivity, digital infrastructure and value‑added solutions for corporate, government and institutional clients.
• Build business cases, commercial models and pricing frameworks aligned with market demand.
• Originate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, OEMs, ISPs, cloud providers and ecosystem partners.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of enterprise and partnership opportunities, tracking performance against revenue targets.
• Lead the NGIC‑Nokia‑PLAN Digital Skills Training & 5G Experience Centre programme, overseeing governance, stakeholder engagement and execution.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead enterprise strategy and partnership development in a telecom or digital infrastructure context.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution packaging and go‑to‑market execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
