Estate and Transport Manager

About the role

Bomarts Farms Limited is seeking an Estate and Transport Manager to oversee its vehicle fleet and property assets in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The role combines fleet supervision, facility maintenance, and estate administration to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s transport fleet, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all transport, estate and safety regulations are met.
• Supervise upkeep of estate facilities, including buildings and land.
• Develop and implement policies for estate and transport management.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, building assets and other company property.
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless operational flow.
• Assist management with registration and protection of land and building assets.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in transport, fleet or facilities management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
