Event Usher – Full‑time

About the role

eStars Concept is seeking full‑time Ushers to work on‑site in Accra and Tema. Ushers will welcome guests, guide them through event spaces and ensure a smooth flow of movement throughout the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions and provide courteous customer service.
• Assist with seating arrangements, crowd management and basic event setup.
• Distribute programs or promotional materials and support post‑event guest assistance.
• Coordinate with event coordinators, performers and technical teams to maintain a professional atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with patience and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Interest or experience in performing arts and comfort in creative, entertainment‑focused environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail in following event instructions and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Ushering skills – managing guest movement and seating at events.
• Basic front‑of‑house or hospitality experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
