Event Usher – Guest Services

About the role

The Ushers role at eStars Concept is a full‑time, on‑site position in Accra. Ushers welcome guests, guide them within the venue, and ensure a smooth flow of movement during events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet attendees, answer questions and provide event information.
• Assist with seating arrangements, crowd management and basic event setup.
• Coordinate with event coordinators, performers and technical teams to maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Distribute programs or promotional materials and offer post‑event guest support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong ushering experience with guest movement and seating management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Solid customer‑service attitude, courteous, patient and solution‑focused.
• Interest or experience in performing arts and comfort in creative entertainment environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail in following event instructions and safety guidelines.
