Executive Education Manager – Africa Programs

About the role

Our firm supports the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Ghana and is seeking three experienced Executive Education Managers to lead the development and delivery of executive education programmes across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop open and company-specific CEIBS programmes for the African market, including curriculum design.
• Market executive education programmes aggressively and effectively to target audiences.
• Organise and spearhead the delivery of executive education courses and events.
• Maintain a robust Customer Relationship Management system with client organisations.
• Perform other relevant duties associated with programme management.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of professional experience, with at least five years in a similar executive education role.
• Proven track record in developing, marketing or managing executive education programmes in a high-quality academic environment.
• Ability to leverage Africa-wide networks and build strategic partnerships with individuals and organisations.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and the capacity to work with diverse stakeholders.
• A good first degree plus additional relevant professional qualifications from recognised tertiary institutions.
