About the role

Unateus, an international fulfillment and logistics company operating across Africa, is seeking experienced telesales professionals. You will work with warm leads—customers who have already shown interest in our products—to close sales, upsell health products, and consistently meet performance KPIs.

Key responsibilities

Close sales and confirm customer orders
Upsell health products to existing customers
Follow up with customers after initial contact
Handle customer inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, call centre, or outbound sales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Fluent in English and at least one major local language
Experience using CRM systems
Own laptop/desktop, smartphone, headset, reliable high‑speed internet and backup power

What we offer

Performance‑based salary ranging from GHS 1,900 to GHS 4,500 per month
