Expert Detailing Representative – Ghana

About the role

A leading global Consumer Healthcare company is looking for a dynamic Expert Detailing Representative to drive HCP awareness and advocacy for key consumer healthcare brands across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct expert detailing sessions with healthcare providers, presenting clinical data and therapeutic benefits.
• Recruit HCPs to digital platforms, support digital engagement initiatives and guide them to patient communication tools.
• Utilize multiple channels (face‑to‑face, remote, email, webinars) to engage HCPs and ensure consistent in‑call quality.
• Distribute medical samples, track KPIs (AWR, BRMO, SoR) and meet territory sales targets.
• Provide market insights, competitor intelligence and support educational events.

Required profile

• BSc or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, specifically Veeva.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and KPIs.
