Export & Compliance Officer

About the role

The Export & Compliance Officer will manage all export documentation, licensing and international compliance for the company. You will act as the main liaison with Kotoka Airport customs, airlines and global buyers to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit PMMC export permits and declarations.
• Liaise with customs authorities, airlines and international refineries.
• Ensure full KYC and AML compliance for all transactions.
• Track shipments via GPS and issue proof of export.
• Maintain export records for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PMMC and Ghana export regulations.
• Excellent written English and report‑writing abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PMMC licensing procedures.
• Familiarity with Ghana export regulations and customs processes.
